Our 1860s Italianette boarding house in downtown Douglas has been thoughtfully restored into four stunning condominium units. Each condo has been meticulously handcrafted using exotic hardwoods, tumbled marble, slate and granite. Each condo is completely self-contained providing visitors with top-of-the-line appliances, washers & dryers, and central air. All this combines to offer our guests a warm and inviting retreat where they can relax and rejuvenate.

This tastefully appointed one bedroom condo with king size bed, offers an equipped full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and one full bath with multi-head shower and soaking tub.
