Our 1860s Italianette boarding house in downtown Douglas has been thoughtfully restored into four stunning condominium units. Each condo has been meticulously handcrafted using exotic hardwoods, tumbled marble, slate and granite. Each condo is completely self-contained providing visitors with top-of-the-line appliances, washers & dryers, and central air. All this combines to offer our guests a warm and inviting retreat where they can relax and rejuvenate.

This stunning second story condo offers a double deck with common gas grill and a view of Lake Kalamazoo. It is a two bedroom condo with queen size beds, and features a sleek fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and two full baths; one adjoining jack-and-jill style and the other a standard with multi-head shower and granite countertop. This unit will accommodate 4-6 people.
